The rainy Pacific Northwest is a place where you have to find a way to enjoy being out in the rain, or you’ll be spending most days indoors. In 2018, three Vancouverites finally cracked the code on waterproof footwear that looked, felt and performed like the sneakers we all love to wear everyday. The rest, as they say, is history.

Size it right
Find your perfect fit and get ready to feel like you’re walking on clouds.
Step 1: Step on a piece of paper with your heel slightly touching a wall behind
Step 2: Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper and measure from the wall to the marking.
Step 3: Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements with our size chart to get the right size.
Half sizes
Most Vessi shoes come in full sizes. The Tidal Sneaker and Market Flat now come in half sizes.
Between sizes
If you're interested in our other styles that don't come in half sizes, we recommend going half a size up for more of a relaxed fit and half a size down for a snug fit. Our flexible, form-fitting knit conforms to your feet for a personalized fit, even if in between sizes.
Returns and exchanges
Need a different size or changed your mind? We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Ensure your items are unworn, undamaged. All tags must be on apparel and accessories, shoes must be in the original box.
Click the "Make a Return or Exchange" button, enter your order number and postal code. Select the item you want to return or exchange. Print the shipping return label and mail your order.
What else to know
After inspection, we’ll send your exchange or refund back to your original payment. Allow 7-10 business days to process. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. Worn, stained, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, laces, face masks, socks, and gloves cannot be returned or exchanged.

We want you and your Vessis to be together forever. That's why we’re pleased to offer a 1 year warranty on any shoe defects, and a 6 month warranty on accessory, apparel and bag defects.
If your Vessis have a product defect or waterproofing issue, you may be eligible for coverage under our warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and exchanges.

Vessi products ship directly from our warehouses in Ontario, Canada, Bellevue, Washington and Los Angeles, California so depending on what’s in stock and which location is closest to you, your order might arrive in more than one package.
If you're shipping to Canada or the United States, the amount you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay with all taxes and shipping fees included. No surprise customs charges, import fees, or tariffs when your order arrives.
We offer expedited shipping across the United States for $19.99 and will aim to deliver expedited orders within 2-7 business days of purchase depending on your location.

- Can I wear Vessi waterproof shoes year round?
- Yes. Vessi sneakers are lightweight, breathable, and fully waterproof, which makes them a great choice in wet winters with warm socks and in warmer months when you want airy comfort.
- What makes Vessi waterproof sneakers different from other shoes?
- Waterproofing is built into the knit itself rather than added as a heavy coating. That means the protection does not wash out and the shoes stay flexible and comfortable.
- How do I clean my waterproof sneakers?
- Remove the insoles and laces, rinse off surface dirt, and spot clean with mild soap and water. Air dry away from direct heat to keep the waterproof knit performing at its best.
- Are Vessi socks waterproof?
- No! Vessi socks aren’t waterproof but they’re super comfy and great for everyday wear.
- Will Vessi Shoes Stretch?
- They will! The ankle opening and uppers will be snug when you just get your Vessis. With time and use, they'll give just enough to create a comfy fit for your feet. While they won't stretch that you might need another size, they won't feel tight for long!
- Do you sell insoles?
- We don't carry extra insoles for purchase but Vessi insoles are removable if you'd like to swap them out for another pair you like.
- Do you sell laces?
- We don’t sell extra Vessi laces, but you can usually find other kinds at your local shoe stores. The great thing is, any laces will work with Vessis.
- Do you have a shoe recycling program?
- Yes! Through our partnership with Soles4Souls Canada, you can bring your worn Vessi shoes to one of our retail stores and instantly receive $25 off a new pair of adult Vessi shoes. The $25 discount cannot be stacked with other promotions or sales. Applicable to full priced, adult shoes only.
